Egrets 0n Ergot is an experimental art-punk band based in Los Angeles, CA. Their sound has been described as versatile, from moody, gothy post-punk to funky rhythmic, pseudo-no wave with a smattering of industrial clamor. They have a self-released EP, ‘Serve Us Tender,’ (300 vinyl run, 100 copies including hidden hits of LSD) and an 11 track LP, 'Surfeit of Gemütlich' signed to Cleopatra Records. Both albums are produced by Paul Roessler of The Screamers, Nervous Gender, Nina Hagen Band. To date, Egrets have self booked and completed four regional U.S tours, played SxSW '18, scheduled as tour support for The Weirdos in July, and are currently self-booking a cross country tour for Oct 2018.
